Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Begins Major Drug Sting

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office has officially begun their Fall Narcotics Enforcement Operation following a months-long investigation.

Early this morning, Deputies with the Narcotics Division and ACE Team began executing active search warrants across the county. Deputies are currently knocking on doors and taking into custody individuals who continue to sell illegal narcotics in our community.

Today’s enforcement action is the first phase of a larger effort, and additional arrests are forthcoming as Detectives continue working through the list of offenders identified in the investigation.
This is not a one-time effort. The Sheriff’s Office conducts these narcotics operations regularly, continuously working to identify drug houses, target career repeat offenders, and disrupt illegal drug activity throughout Iredell County.
