arcia Ann Young, 65 Crest Knolls ST., Taylorsville was arrested on Friday, September 15th. Talorsville Police charged Young with misdemeanor child abuse, assault, and a crime of domestic violence. Young is in the Alexander County Jail on a 48 hour hold.
