A fatal fire was reported in Wilkes County Sunday. A woman, said to be 65 years old was killed in the blaze Sunday Morning off Edgefield Road in Wilkesboro. The name of the victim has not been released.
The woman who lived alone was found in the home after firefighters responded, the home was destroyed.
