Woman Charged With Felony Possession Of Meth In Alexander County

64-year old Cindy Lee Edwards-Payung was arrested on Wednesday in Alexander County. She is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Payung has been released with a $5,000 bond.
