Skyler Lee Obrien, age 39, of Hickory, has been arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony first-degree burglary and possession of a firearm by a felon. Arrest records show he has a history of charges and convictions related to breaking and entering and burglary. Obrien has been transferred to the Alexander County Detention Center and is being held under a secured bond of $175,000.
