A Caldwell County woman was arrested this afternoon and charged in connection with the theft of a vehicle. 21 year old Baily Collen Presnell of Lenoir was charged by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office with felony larceny of a motor vehicle. She was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $20,000, She has a court appearance scheduled for January, 15th.
