Steven Estus White, age 45 of Taylorsville, is back in custody after being detained on Tuesday. He was cited for violating terms of his pre-trial relase. White was arrested by Taylorsville Police in August and charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released under a secured bond of $25,000 and awaiting his next court appearance which is set for November 18th. White is now being held under a secured bond of $50,000.
