Richard Allan Ferguson, age 47 of Isenhour Park RD Ext, Taylorsville, is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center. He was arrested Friday on Iredell County warrants for felony burning an occupied commercial structure. Ferguson will be transferred to custody in Iredell County.
