Taylorsville Man Back Behind Bars

Jeremy Sheridan Murphy, 39 of Taylorsville, was arrested Tuesday evening by Alexander County Deputies. He’s charged with breaking and entering. Murphy is being held in the Alexander County Jail with a bond set for $2,500.

Murphy has a list of previous charges pending in Alexander County. He was arrested twice in March for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Murphy is awaiting trial on Caldwell County offenses for assault, injury to personal property, driving while impaired and resisting a public officer.
