26-year-old Tyler Allen Bailey of Stony Point was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, June 3rd. He was charged with possession of marijuana and also cited for resisting arrest. Bailey has been released with a bond of $2,000. July 10th is listed as a court date in Alexander County District Court.
