Statesville Man Nabbed On Drug And Weapons Charges In Alexander County

As the result of a traffic stop by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies, a Statesville man is facing a series of charges.

Early Wednesday morning, 59 year old Christopher Lynn Setzer was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling or place for controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed weapon. Setzer was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $25,000.
