A South Carolina man was arrested this morning by Newton Police and charged with five counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and two counts of larceny. 20 year old Hunter Logan Wise of Gaffney, South Carolina was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000 . He will make a court appearance today.
