A Burke County man was arrested Christmas morning by Hickory Police. 26 year old Justin Dean Ray of Connelly Springs was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and driving while license revoked. Ray was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $7,500.
