A man is being held without bond after his arrest Tuesday, 40 year old Hector Manuel Nunez-Rivera was arrested by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office on charges of second degree kidnapping, assault on a female, and communicating threats. Rivera is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
