Hickory Police arrested a man Wednesday on felony drug charges. Khalfani Sharron Coulter, age 32 of Claremont was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, maintaining a dwelling, vehicle/place to distribute a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Coulter was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, November 26th.
