List Of Charges Filed Against Taylorsville Man

Trenton Derice Bennett, age 31 of Taylorsville, is facing charges after he was taken into custody on Thursday, May 19th by the Office of Probation and Parole and Deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office.

Bennett was served a warrant for felony probation violation, felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has since been released under a secured bond of $20,000. Bennett was scheduled to make a Monday appearance in Alexander County District Court.

A previous charge of felony intimidating a witness is also scheduled for trial on June 5th.
