Lenoir Man Charged With Felony Hit And Run And Child Abuse

45-year-old Marquis Terrell Witherspoon of Lenoir was arrested Saturday, June 3rd by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony hit and run causing physical injury, felony neglect child abuse causing serious injury, and misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger.

Witherspoon was released under $60,000 secured bond and was scheduled for a court appearance on Monday in Caldwell County District Court.
