The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Chuck Lee Harkey, age 58 of Johnson Farm Road in Hiddenite on May 28th. He was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. Harkey is no longer listed in custody and is scheduled to appear in Iredell County District Court on June 12th.
