Beginning Monday, June 5, the City of Hickory’s Transportation Divisions will close 21st Avenue N.E. between Fifth Street N.E. and 16th Street N.E./Eighth Street Drive N.E. for roadway repairs. The work will take approximately one week to complete. Detour routes will be clearly marked. Drivers are asked for their patience while the road is temporarily closed.
