A Hickory man was arrested Wednesday on a long list of offenses. 36 year old Daniel Ray Chavez was taken into custody by Hickory police and charged with multiple counts of larceny, breaking and entering, and a series of drug offenses. Chavez was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $71,000.
