Hickory Police arrested a Lenoir man this morning on felony drug charges. Charles Thomas Shear age 36, was cited for felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Shear was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $8,500. He will make an initial court appearance on Monday, February 4th.
