Propst is on probation as a result of a conviction in February, 2023 in Catawba County on multiple felony charges including possession of a firearm by a felon, larceny of firearms, and breaking & entering. He served approximately eight months in jail prior to his release earlier this year. Following the most recent arrest, Propst was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $17,500 bond. A District Court date is scheduled for May 23.
