33-year-old Kayla Marie Brown of Hudson was arrested Wednesday by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office. She was charged with felony second-degree death by distribution and placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $25,000 secured bond. Brown was not listed in jail as of this morning and a District Court date was scheduled for February 12.
