Jaddin Allen Norris, age 19 of Taylorsville, was placed in custody on Tuesday by Taylorsville Police and charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. As of earlier today he remains in the Alexander County Detention with a secured bond set at $5,000.
