Robert Alan Goins, age 31 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody by Taylorsville Police on Thursday and charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Goins was jailed on April 8th and charged with two counts of Possession of a Weapon of Mass Destruction, Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia.
He was arrested by Taylorsville Police on March 26th and charged with breaking and entering. On the 19th of February, Goins was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with larceny. He was also served warrant for failure to appear on charges of failure to report an accident.
Goins is being held without bond (for now) in the Alexander County Detention Center.
