51-year old Tamra Renae Dixon was arrested on Tuesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was served arrest warrants from Iredell County for felony trafficking in opium or heroin, felony conspiracy to traffic opium or heroin, and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance. Dixon was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $50,000. As of Wednesday afternoon she had been transferred to the Iredell County Jail.
