Third Suspect Charged In Connection With Stolen Camper In Alexander County

A third person has now been arrested and charged with the theft of a camper overnight on Wednesday.

The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office has charged 46-year-old Dustin Quay Peterson of Carl Hefner LN., Taylorsville with felony larceny.

Peterson is on probation for driving while license is revoked . He has previous conviction for felony possession of cocaine and breaking and entering according to court records.

As reported on Thursday, 49-year-old Jason McKinley Powell of Hickory and Bobby Wayne Byers of Taylorsville have also been charged as part of the investigation.
