28 year old Stephanie Jocelynn-Reeves Ouellette of Taylorsville was arrested this morning in Catawba Conty. She was charged by Longview Police for attempted breaking and entering. She was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $5,000 and is scheduled to appear before a judge for an initial court appearance today.
