Statesville Man Charged With Firing Shots Into Occupied Home

A Statesville man has been charged with firing shots into an occupied home.

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office charged 38-year-old David Beltran with felony discharging a firearm into occupied property on Sunday. He was also charged with damage to personal property. According to arrest documents the incident occurred at a home occupied by multiple subjects on McAllister RD.

Beltran is being held without bond in the Iredell County Jail.
