Taylorsville Police Officers arrested 48-year old Crystal Dawn Carr of Taylorsville on Sunday and charged her with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She has been released under a secured bond of $3,000 with her next court date scheduled for August 21st in Alexander County District Court.
