Taylorsville Police Charge Three Suspects From Catawba County

Three Catawba County residents were arrested Tuesday evening by Taylorsville Police.

Officers responded to the WalMart store on Highway 16 South after receiving a call regarding a shoplifting incident. Officers learned the subjects had left the scene in a silver vehicle.

The vehicle was located and three suspects were arrested.

36-year old Jason Rolland Mock of Hickory was charged with second degree trespass, larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mock was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center and remains there as of earlier today with a secured bond set at $13,000.

Mock has felony charges pending Catawba County that include felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony maintaining a vehicle-dwelling or place for a controlled substance and felony probation violation.

Also arrested and placed in the Alexander County Detention Center

35-year old Ashley Nicole Lytton of Newton was charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1,500.

41-year old Stacy Michelle Eastham was charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1,500.
