Taylorsville Man Jailed Again For Probation Violation

For the second time in a month, a Taylorsville man has been arrested for violating his probation.

35-year old Cody Alexander Swindle was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center on Friday for probation violation. His bond was set at $10,000. A Monday court date is scheduled.

Swindle was arrested on the same charge in June.

In January. Swindle was convicted of larceny in Alexander County Superior Court. He was given an 18 month suspended sentence.
