The Taylorsville Police Department arrested 27-year old Kenneth Matthew Partee after serving him with a warrant for failure to appear on Wednesday. Partee, of Taylorsville, missed a court date on a charge of possession of stolen goods. As of this afternoon, he remained in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $1,500. No court information is listed.
