A Taylorsville man was arrested twice last Thursday night and charged with trespassing at the same location. 41-year old Timothy Andrew McDuffie was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with second-degree trespassing. After being released on bond, he was apprehended at the same location again and again charged with second-degree trespassing. McDuffie is no longer listed in custody having been released with bond set at $4,500.
