Hickory Police Officers arrested 46-year old Shawn Jermaine Cooper of Landfill Road, Taylorsville Friday evening and served him a fugitive extradition warrant from another state. He is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $50,000 and is scheduled to make a court appearance on Monday in Newton.
