Jessie Simerly, 27, of Kings Dr in Taylorsville, was arrested on Thursday morning around 1am by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was served a warrant from Caldwell County for assault with a deadly weapon. He’s being held without bond pending his transfer to custody in Lenoir.
