Courtney Ashton Joyner, age 34 of Burning LN, Stony Point, was arrested on April 26th by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. She is charged with felony assault/inflicting serious bodily injury. Allegedly, the suspect struck a female with with an object in the head. The victim was taken to a trauma center. Joyner remains in the Iredell County Jail under a secured bond of $20,000.
