Stony Point Man Gets Jail Time For Probation Violation

A Stony Point man is being held in custody after having his probation revoked.

27-year old Jamal Marquis Parsons was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center on Sunday by court order to serve 30 days active for probation violations. Last June, Parsons was charged with felony trafficking in opiates, felony trafficking heroin or opium, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
