Stony Point Man Gets 90 Day Jail Sentence

Scottie Wayne Pharr, age 50 of Stony Point, has been sentenced to serve 90-days in custody following a court appearance on October 9th in Taylorsville. Pharr was ordered to serve the sentence in the Alexander County Detention Center for felony probation violation.

Previous charges awaiting trial against Pharr include felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell or deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for controlled substance, felony possession of schedule I controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
