Statesville High School has moved their regular season-finale football game against Hickory. Kickoff is 7 p.m. at Statesville.
The announcement came due to the forecast of rain Friday. Statesville is undefeated entering the game at 8-0 and 6-0 in the Western Foothills Athletic Conference. A win by the Greyhounds will clinch the league title and assure them of the top 3A seed from the conference when the playoff pairings are announced on Saturday.
Hickory is 6-3 overall and 5-1 in conference play.
