Taylorsville Man Returned To Custody

Davante Lee McCullugh, age 25, Orren Braswell MHP., Taylorsville, is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center. He was free on pre-trial release until his bail bondsman pulled his bond. On October 9th, he was charged with felony probation violation, communicating threats, assault on a female, crime of domestic violence and injury to personal property. MuCullugh also has a 2024 charge pending for discharging a weapon into occupied property.

Bond is listed at $130,000.
