Responding to report of a suspicious vehicle early Thursday morning in Stony Point, Alexander County Deputies filed felony charges against a Statesville man. 36-year old Sherrick Turez McGee was taken into custody and charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm, felony possession with intent to sell and or deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mcgee has been released from custody with a secured bond of $50,000.
