Alexander Ryan Pope, age 32 of Statesville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 30th. He is charged with felony possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pope remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. A first court appearance is set for today.
