Moravian Falls Man Arrested By Taylorsville Police

Taylorsville Police arrested 52-year old Bobby Steven Smithey of Moravian Falls on June 29th and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for resisting a public officer. After the arrest, Smithey was placed in the Alexander County Jail under a $5,000 secured bond.

Smithey has a list of pending charges awaiting trial in both Wilkes and Caldwell Counties. The charges include multiple counts of driving while license revoked, larceny and probation violations.
