Maiden Man Charged With Going Armed To Terror Of People

40-year-old David Michael Henry of Lincolnton was arrested Monday by Maiden Police Officers. He’s charged with felony malicious conduct by a prisoner. In addition, Henry is charged with misdemeanor counts of going armed to the terror of people, resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree trespassing, communicating threats, injury to personal property, disorderly conduct, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Henry was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $8,000 bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for December 16.
