35-year-old Megan Nicole Velasquez of Lenoir was arrested Tuesday, June 27th by Lenoir Police. She was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell, or deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling, or place for controlled substance and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell or deliver controlled substance on or near a playground. Velasquez remains in custody under a $65,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Caldwell County District Court on Wednesday.
