Lenoir Man Jailed With Stolen Vehicle

49-year-old Victor Baine Hartley of Lenoir was arrested Wednesday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies He’s charged with two felony counts of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle, along with single felony counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, and larceny of auto parts. Hartley was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $65,000 secured bond. A District Court date is set for July 8.
