Hickory Police Officers arrested 27-year-old Randtavious Montrees Leonard of Lenoir early Monday morning. He’s charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule II controlled substance along with single counts of possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Leonard was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a $42,500 bond. He is scheduled for an appearance today in Catawba County District Court.
