32-year-old Jason Chantel Gibbs of Lenoir was arrested Monday by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance. Gibbs was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday.
