Jason Henry Fidler, age 45 of Hiddenite, was taken into custody on Monday, July 3rd. He was charged with probation violation. He also has a charge pending for driving while impaired. Fidler has been released from the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $7,500 with a court appearance scheduled for Monday, July 10th in Taylorsville.
